Heyyy Y’all, it’s almost FALL!
I can’t believe we’ve come to the end of our “Blossom and Flourish” summer series. Can you!? What a joy it has been to walk this season out with you and our loving Father. So much growth has taken place as we’ve stayed rooted in purpose, praise, and the pursuit of all things God.
God is so good. God is faithful. Truly, He has blown my mind—keeping His promise of doing “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20).
The purpose of this series was to water your soul, warm your heart, and remind you that God’s light shines brightest through you—even in the heat of life.
We’ve covered so much together, and as always, I pray it resonated with you and encouraged your walk. But more importantly, I pray you’ve been able to grasp the beauty of the garden God has planted within you and to see how deeply loved you are by Him.
Sis, you are exactly who God says you are! You are not your pain, not your past, and certainly not the labels the world tries to project onto you. You are made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). And everything you need to thrive is already in your hands. Actually, it’s not about what’s in your hands…it’s about Whose hands you are in. The hands of a God who is almighty, all-powerful, all-knowing, and who had plans for you before you were even in your mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5).
Let this be your reminder: God has great things in store for you, and it will come to pass. But the weight of it all is not on you. It is only by God’s grace.
Final Reflection: Stay Rooted in His Grace.
What is grace?
Grace is the unmerited, undeserved, unearned favor of God. It is God’s free gift. His power and help which is given to us, not because of who we are, but because of who He is (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Grace sustains us. Grace grows us. Grace carries us.
It carries us through the mundane, everyday tasks when we don’t feel like it, all the way to walking out the bigger purposes and assignments God has destined for us here on earth. His grace meets us fresh every day: “Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22-23).
Being rooted in grace means understanding that nothing we have or will ever have, nothing we’ve done or will do, is because of our own abilities, wisdom, or strength. It’s not about positions, degrees, or bank accounts. It has been God’s grace that has kept us and sustained us thus far and it will continue to keep us even when we fall short of His glory (Romans 3:23-24).
Because here’s the truth: God does not shame us, scold us, or forsake us. That’s the enemy’s role—his mission is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Yet God’s grace covers us, protects us, and sustains us against the enemy’s schemes.
So, my final call to you, Sis, is this: stay rooted in grace. It is what will carry you through every single season of life, no matter how heavy or hard it gets.
Know that I am so proud of your growth, and I’ve truly enjoyed walking this season with you. Stay rooted. Don’t look back. Lean on the Holy Spirit at all times. And allow God to shower you daily with His love and His grace.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, My God in Heaven,
Thank You, Lord, for the gift of Your grace. It is only by Your grace that I am saved, sustained, and kept. I could never earn it, and yet You freely pour it out daily. Thank You for new mercies every morning and for the covering that Your grace provides over my life.
Father, help me to stay rooted in Your grace. When I am tempted to rely on my own strength or to measure my worth by what I do, remind me that it is by grace alone that I stand. Teach me to extend that same grace to others, just as You have extended it to me.
Your Word says that Your grace is sufficient and that Your power is made perfect in weakness. So, I surrender my weaknesses to You today. May Your strength rise up in me, and may my life testify of the power of Your amazing grace.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
