"Mind of Christ" Devotional Series

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” (Romans 12:2)

Hey Sis! May is here, and with it comes Mental Health Awareness Month, a time that gently calls us to slow down, check in, and tend to the places within us that often go unseen.

This month, we’re creating space for honest conversations about emotional and mental well being, releasing the pressure to have it all together, and extending grace to ourselves in every stage of healing and growth.

But more than awareness, we are anchoring ourselves in truth, centering God as the source of true healing, restoration, and peace. Here, we break stigma not just by naming our struggles, but by bringing them into the light of His Word, through faith, transparency, and safe spaces for both prayer and processing.

Whether you’re navigating heaviness, seeking clarity, or simply learning to care for your mind with more intention, I pray this space meets you with compassion and truth. You don’t have to carry it alone, God is near, and He is deeply concerned with every part of you.

Let’s walk through this month together, honest, supported, and rooted in the One who restores the mind and renews the soul.
